Getting there

If you arrive by TGV (Gare TGV Aix-en-Provence), you can take a shuttle bus to the Gare routière in central Aix-en-Provence (approximately 20 minutes). The Place de la Rotonde (Place Jeanne d’Arc) is a ten-minute walk.

If your train arrives in Marseille (Gare Saint-Charles), you can take a TER train to the city railway station (Gare SNCF) in Aix-en-Provence (approximately 30 minutes). The Place de la Rotonde (Place Jeanne d’Arc) is a ten-minute walk.

If you fly to Marseille (Marignane —Marseille-Provence Airport), a shuttle bus outside the main terminal will take you to the Gare routière in Aix-en-Provence (approximately 30-40 minutes). The Place de la Rotonde (Place Jeanne d’Arc) is a ten-minute walk.

Aix-en-Provence is a small city, with everything accessible by foot. The Maison Méditerranéenne des sciences de l’homme is a 10-minute bus ride (N° 6) from the old town.
